BloqSens is Catena-X certified

BloqSens AG, a Swiss provider of digital product passports, has been officially certified for the global Catena-X ecosystem. As one of the first Swiss companies in this network, BloqSens AG enables secure, digital data exchange within the automotive value chain.

From Competitive Advantage to Necessity
Driven by international regulations such as the EU Battery Regulation, leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and their Tier 1 suppliers are increasingly awarding new contracts exclusively to partners with Catena-X connectivity. For Swiss SMEs, this represents a significant technological hurdle. BloqSens offers direct access here and ensures the global competitiveness of the Swiss supplier market.

Successful real-world demonstration with Sika at the Hannover Messe
BloqSens has already successfully demonstrated how this works in practice at the Hannover Messe: In a groundbreaking use case, raw material data from the chemical data room (Chem-X) was enriched with material and PCF (Product Carbon Footprint) data from the Swiss specialty chemicals group Sika and securely made available to an OEM in the automotive network.

Since Catena-X has long since expanded beyond Europe to include the U.S., China, and Japan, the BloqSens platform serves as Switzerland’s gateway to the global data room—while fully preserving companies’ data sovereignty.
